Connected Spaces is not responsible for the performance, advice, or outcomes of third-party providers.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes 

Connected Spaces provides independent support, coordination, and guidance; however:

  • We do not guarantee property sale outcomes, purchase success, timelines, pricing results, or investment performance.

  • Property decisions involve external market factors beyond our control.

  • Any projections, opinions, or guidance provided are for informational purposes only.

9. Client Decision Responsibility 

Clients acknowledge that:

  • All final property decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

  • Connected Spaces provides independent oversight and support but does not act as a decision-maker.

  • Clients accept responsibility for outcomes resulting from decisions made.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorised access

  • Distribute harmful or malicious content
